All Structural Steel Pre-Engineered Metal Building:

• 20 feet wide by 200 feet long with 8 foot sidewalls and a 3/12 pitch roof.
• Each building will contain 5 apartment units 20 feet wide by 40 feet long.
• Purlins are placed 2 feet on center to meet Dade County, Florida USA hurricane code.  Hurricane and Earthquake Resistant.
• All panels and trim are 26 gauge sheet metal.

Colors available are:

• Unit colors are “Hawaiian Blue”, “Rustic Red”, “Polar White”, or “Classic Green”.
• Trim colors are “Rustic Red” or “Polar White”.

Suggested Apartment Configuration:

• 3 Bedrooms: 10 feet by 10 feet
• 1 Living/Dining Area: 20 feet by 20 feet
• 1 Kitchen: 5 feet by 10 feet
• 1 Bathroom: 5 feet by 10 feet

Alpha Metal Manufacturing, Inc. will supply a foreman for teaching erection process for first two Haitian Apartment Homes purchased.

To Be Supplied By Others: All labor, land, concrete pad, security, and insurance to protect against theft and damage.
Tools Required: Fork lift, drills, bits, circular saw, and tin snips.
Other Products Not Included: Plumbing, electrical wiring, water, and sewer.  Interior finish out will be completed by apartment dweller.
